Wix Or WordPress For Portfolio Website?
I need some advice! I am a hairstylist that needs to make a website for my portfolio, have a Shopify store to sell products, ClickFunnels,Instagram to market or push sales.
Is it best keep my entity separate from my premium brand? Should I use a platform like WIX to build my portfolio and Shopify to sell products but have them linked together or use a photo portfolio app?
If I use a photo portfolio app on Shopify I can\’t use my name as a domain name. So should I have my portfolio and products under one domain? OR have one domain for my portfolio and another for premium brand and have them linked.
Should I do everything under one domain when I have enough money to start private label? Should I just use clickfunnels to make sales and WIX for my portfolio and forget about Shopify?
The final question is Should i Use WordPress For Wix vs WordPress SEO Concern.
Keep it simple for yourself and the customer no one is going to visit 2 different pages to gather information about you. You can build this all out on Shopify however if you are not selling products to start and just need a portfolio no booking just basic purchase your overall brand url and create on WordPress. If selling and portfolio to start then i only recommend WordPress even if you are not tech savvy. Everything you’re thinking about is determined by your theme and design not separate pages. You will need click funnels and social regardless of the website platform. Those tools would be add ons to any platform.
